Depending on where you live, privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, and similar state laws) may give you specific rights over your personal information. This page explains those rights and how to use them with Grand Capital Cleaning.
We don't sell or share your data
Grand Capital Cleaning does not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because of that, there's no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" toggle on this page. There's nothing being sold or shared to opt out of.
Your rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we've collected about you.
- Access a copy of that information.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of any future sale, sharing, or targeted advertising use (see above; we don't currently do this).
How to submit a request
Email hello@grandcapitalcleaning.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and let us know what you'd like (access, correction, or deletion). We may ask a couple of verifying questions to confirm it's really you before acting on the request, and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Authorized agents
You may designate someone else to submit a privacy request on your behalf. We may still need to verify your identity directly before completing the request.
Non-discrimination
We won't deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.
