These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the grandcapitalcleaning.com website (the "Site") and the residential and commercial cleaning services ("Services") offered by Grand Capital Cleaning ("Grand Capital Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or booking Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Estimates and pricing

Estimates submitted through our website form are non-binding and based on the information you provide (location, bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and service type). Your final price is confirmed after we review your request and, where needed, may be adjusted if the condition or size of the space differs materially from what was described.

2. Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property or complete the job due to circumstances outside our control (no access, unsafe conditions, pets that cannot be safely managed, etc.), a cancellation or reschedule fee may apply.

3. Cancellations and rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee, which will be communicated to you before it's charged.

4. Satisfaction guarantee

If something is missed during your cleaning, let us know within 24 hours of service and we'll return to make it right at no additional charge. This guarantee covers the scope of the service booked and does not extend to areas or items excluded from that service.

5. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed with you at the time of booking. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

6. Liability

We take care in every home and business we clean. If our team causes direct damage to your property through our own negligence during a scheduled cleaning, let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or the condition of items not disclosed to us in advance (e.g., loose fixtures, fragile antiques, or improperly secured items).

7. Website use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it, submitting fraudulent requests through the estimate form, or accessing it in a way not permitted by these Terms. See our Responsible Disclosure policy if you've found a security issue.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
